Medical Tourism with

Medical Tourism with is planned as a journey from your initial request to follow-up after returning home. ’s approach: from your needs to a plan

connects your request with the relevant specialty and links clinical assessment to treatment and travel planning. You do not need to choose a hotel or procedure package at the outset. First, clarify the health question you need help with. AI supports specialty suggestions; a doctor performs the clinical assessment. If treatment is appropriate, the procedures, estimated duration and hospital details recorded by the doctor inform the agency’s proposal. Medical needs and travel preferences can then be considered together, by the professionals responsible for each.

1. You can begin with a doctor consultation

If you are unsure what treatment you need or whether travel is necessary, start with a specialist consultation request. Share your concern, its duration and the requested health information, and attach relevant records. AI-assisted preliminary assessment helps suggest a specialty, which you can change. Discuss your diagnosis, options and any need for an in-person assessment with the doctor. Medical Tourism is an option to consider after that conversation; applying does not mean deciding to travel. The specialist consultation has its own fees and conditions shown in its application flow.

2. You can also request Medical Tourism directly

If you are considering Türkiye for treatment, you can start with the Medical Tourism application. Describe your condition or goal, country and contact preferences. You then see the AI-suggested treatment area and can choose a different specialty. Your request is sent to that specialty’s doctor pool. Relevant doctors can send a written message or propose a video consultation through the platform. This starts the proposal process; submitting the form does not guarantee an immediate final price, a doctor response or suitability for treatment. The initial request takes no payment and makes no travel booking.

From specialty suggestion to consultation

AI helps direct your stated needs to a relevant specialty; it does not diagnose or decide on treatment for you. Follow messages and appointment proposals in your account. Accepting a Medical Tourism video proposal confirms the appointment and assigns the relevant doctor to your case. Join from your case page. Before the conversation, prepare your records, medicines and questions. Understand the doctor’s options before deciding on price or travel dates alone; the plan may need reassessment if further information is required.

The doctor’s assessment informs the proposal

If a treatment plan is appropriate after assessment, recommended procedures, procedure prices, estimated treatment duration and hospital details can be recorded in the case. If planning proceeds, the file is sent to the Medical Tourism agency. The agency prepares a proposal covering accommodation, transfers and other travel items using the referred file. Clinical assessment and travel organisation have distinct responsibilities. If the procedure, hospital or duration changes, ask for the proposal to be clarified accordingly. Having a consultation does not oblige you to undergo the proposed treatment.

Choose the hospital together with the treatment plan

After discussing the proposed treatment, alternatives and your individual needs with the doctor, clarify where treatment would take place. The case can record the hospital, proposed procedures and estimated duration. Share your hospital preferences with the doctor and consider them alongside clinical facilities, the doctor's working arrangements and follow-up. Confirm that the hospital, procedure and reviews are understood consistently. Travel proposals should match this plan; changes require the proposal and schedule to be clarified again.

Review the proposal and make your decision

Look beyond the total when a proposal arrives. Check the treatment, hospital, length of stay and transport services, and whether items such as interpretation or insurance are included. Ask about exclusions, possible changes and follow-up after returning home. Accepting a Medical Tourism proposal in does not collect payment. Do not treat an on-screen plan or price as a confirmed flight, hotel or hospital reservation; clarify service conditions and provider confirmation separately. Whether you started directly or with a consultation, the final decision remains yours.

Preparing for travel and returning home

Discuss travel timing, in-person check-ups and care after returning home with your doctor. Clarify dates, accommodation, transfers and any companion needs with the agency. Identify the documents to carry and whom to contact if something unexpected happens. ’s coordination covers processes conducted through the platform; agreements made outside it with doctors, facilities or others fall outside that scope. Read the Medical Tourism liability notice presented during application. Follow the case and proposal records in your account and resolve questions before deciding.

Postoperative follow-up: care continues after discharge

Agree postoperative follow-up with your doctor while planning treatment. When the doctor starts follow-up, you can submit daily updates and recovery records in . Pain, symptoms, notes and requested photographs can support assessment in the relevant follow-up flow; the programme depends on the procedure and the doctor's instructions. The system helps flag findings needing attention, while the doctor performs the clinical assessment. Before returning home, clarify review dates, what to submit and whom to contact. For an emergency, seek local emergency care rather than waiting for an online reply.

Continuing care with a doctor in your country

After returning home, you may consult a local doctor of your choice and share relevant health records. In the Sharing Control Centre, choose available categories such as discharge summaries, imaging, laboratory results or consultation notes. Set an access period, password and download preferences, and revoke the link later if needed. Your local doctor can review the records you authorise. Sharing does not automatically arrange a local appointment; consultations and examinations require separate arrangements. Revoking access cannot retrieve copies already downloaded. Discuss the recommendations of your treating and local doctors together when updating follow-up.

An Ethics Board request about an -organised service

If a problem concerns a service organised through , you can submit an Ethics Board request through your own case. The patient initiates the request. Describe the issue, timing, stage of care, relevant party and requested resolution, and identify supporting information and records. The respondent may be a doctor, Medical Tourism agency, hospital or the platform. Requests may concern a change of doctor or hospital, fees or another service complaint. Submission does not mean acceptance. Separate arrangements outside the platform should not be assumed to fall within the same scope; explain which service was organised through .

What does the Ethics Board do, and how is progress tracked?

The Ethics Board reviews the request and relevant case records and may ask the respondent for information or a response. Communication with platform doctors and agencies can take place within the system; requests to outside parties such as hospitals are followed up by the operations team. The board considers the records and responses and may accept, partly accept or reject the request with reasons. The decision and status are shown to the patient, with a notification. Requested remedies such as changing doctor or hospital depend on the case. Review does not guarantee a fixed turnaround, compensation or an automatic refund. As accepting a Medical Tourism proposal on the platform does not collect payment, fee-related requests need to be assessed against actual payment and service terms.
